Roads

The roads are 95% complete. A tremendous effort has been made to speed up the delivery of the streets, and we are happy with the result.

Ladera families

We are happy to have three new Ladera San José families, raising to 4 the number of families currently residing in the development. If you are determined to be part of our community, we have two units for immediate delivery.

Upcoming deliveries

The following months will be full of movement with the delivery of more than 15 condominium units in tower A of Building 1. Very few units are available. I invite you to schedule a tour and meet them; they have spectacular views.

TELMEX reaches Ladera

With the installation of fiber optics within the development by TELMEX, our owners are now enjoying the Internet telephony services contracted with this company.

It has been a great return to activities for the entire Ladera San José team. We are highly motivated and excited about all the action to come for the coming months. We will continue working and focused on keeping to create the best community for your family.
